Specialist insurer Mosaic Insurance has appointed Bermuda-based financial services director Caroline Foulger as chair of the board, effective immediately.
Since 2013, Foulger has been an independent, non-executive director within the financial services industry.
Previously, she was a partner at PwC Bermuda, a position she worked in for 12 years, where she primarily led the insurance practice in Bermuda and served a listed client with audit and advisory services.
In addition, Foulger also spent nine years, until May 2022, as a director of Hiscox, as well as its subsidiaries at Lloyd’s and Bermuda, where she chaired the audit committee of Hiscox, and was also a member of its Risk Management Committee. , compensation, governance and investments.
Foulger also serves on the board of a number of other public and private entities engaged in other areas of financial services.
She has been a resident of Bermuda since 1987 and became a Bermudian in 2005.

AIC is a portfolio company specializing in financing Mosaic’s lead investor, Golden Gate Capital, a leading private equity firm with over $19 billion in cumulative committed capital.
Dias joined AIC in 2020 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry.
Prior to joining AIC, Dias was director of US portfolio finance and internal business strategy at Citadel LLC. In this role, he led the US portfolio finance team, as well as provided secure finance solutions for equity, credit, quantitative and commodities businesses.
